John R. Oakley, 69, of Monticello passed away at 3:45 p.m. Thursday (June 21, 2012). Per John's request, he will be cremated. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, July 7th at 11am at the First Christian Church in Monticello, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in John's name to First Christian Church, Monticello, IL.
