Craig Dejulius, 48, Clinton, was issued a citation for Improper Lane Usage. Dejulius posted the necessary bond and was released.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
